This Platform showcases professional cybersecurity capabilities, projects, publications and service offerings:

  • Portfolio Use: The projects, scripts and methodologies displayed here are for demonstration of professional competence only. They are not intended for public use or deployment without authorization.
  • Service Solicitation: The listing of services (e.g. Penetration Testing, Red Teaming etc.) constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A formal engagement requires a separate, signed agreement.

Gaurav Mukherjee operates strictly within legal and ethical boundaries:

  • Authorization: Any offensive security services performed by me are conducted solely under a contract and written authorization from the asset owner.
  • No Illegal Requests: I do not accept requests for unauthorized hacking, intrusion or requests with ill intent. All requests are accepted under my sole discretion with respect to local cyber laws or applicable international laws.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Gaurav Mukherjee owns the intellectual property rights for all material (including, but not limited to: Logos, icons, branding, code etc.) on this Platform. All rights are reserved.

You must not under any circumstance (without my written permission):

  • Republish any material from this Platform.
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from this Platform.
  • Claim ownership of any portfolio assets or code showcased here.
  • Utilize any content, code or data from this Platform to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, LLMs or other machine learning algorithms.
  • Exception: Any content that belongs to a third-party (Example: Logos, icons, branding, code etc.)

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gaurav Mukherjee (the "Author") is domiciled at the time of the dispute.
